Fast-track immigration is facilitated at Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM), Bengaluru (BLR) and Paris CDG/ORY, where the airport officially permits it — your representative walks you to the fast-track counter and hands you to the officer. At our other airports they escort you through the standard channel, carry the bags and keep you moving; immigration itself is run by the authorities, and nobody on the ground can shorten it. Included in Premium and Elite plans. From ₹6,136 in India / €192 at Paris.
Situations where the fast-track lane helps most.
International long-haul arrivals land in the early-morning bank, when immigration is at its busiest. Premium takes you to the fast-track counter rather than the main queue.
International arrival → domestic departure in 2-3 hours? The fast-track lane and an escort through each step take the guesswork out of the connection.
Long queues are physically hard for seniors. At Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru the fast-track lane, plus an escort alongside the airline's wheelchair, keeps standing to a minimum.
Land at Mumbai or Bangalore, need to be at a meeting fast. The fast-track lane, a porter, and an optional airport transfer booked on the same order.
CDG immigration can be very busy at peak times. Premium at CDG includes the priority lane where the airport permits it, with escorted assistance throughout.
Standing in immigration queue with a toddler and luggage is exhausting. Fast-track keeps everyone happy.
On /book — pick the plan that includes fast-track for your airport.
Name placard at aerobridge (arrival) or kerb (departure).
Rep escorts you to the fast-track counter instead of the main queue (at DEL, BOM, BLR and Paris CDG/ORY).
The immigration officer processes you as normal — we never promise a time. Then escort to baggage/lounge/gate.
From ₹6,136 in India / €192 at Paris. Premium and Elite plans both include fast-track immigration on international flights at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru and Paris CDG/ORY.
It is a priority lane at the immigration counter, at the airports that operate one and officially permit us to use it. In India that is Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM) and Bengaluru (BLR); Paris CDG and ORY have their own arrangement. Your representative takes you to the fast-track counter and hands you to the officer. At our other Indian airports no such lane is available to us — the representative escorts you through the standard channel, carries the bags and makes sure you are in the right queue. We do not quote a clearance time anywhere: immigration is operated by the authorities and how long it takes is their decision, not ours.
Included in the Premium and Elite plans on international flights at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru (and at Paris CDG/ORY). The lowest plan that includes it is ₹6,136 in India / €192 at Paris per traveller, tax included; the exact price for your airport, flight and direction is shown in the booking form. Not available as a standalone service — it's bundled with our concierge plans because the rep needs to coordinate the lane access. The Basic plan does NOT include fast-track immigration.
Three: Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM) and Bengaluru (BLR). Those are the airports where we can genuinely facilitate the fast-track lane. At every other station we serve — Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, Goa and the rest — Premium and Elite include escorted assistance through the standard immigration channel, not a priority lane. It is a real difference and we would rather you know it before you book than discover it at the counter.
Yes — both, at the three Indian airports where fast-track is available to us. On DEPARTURE the representative takes you to the priority immigration counter, then on to security and the lounge. On international ARRIVAL they meet you, take you through the priority channel, then handle baggage and customs. At our other airports the same escort happens through the standard channel. We do not promise a total time either way.
Yes. Premium and Elite at CDG and ORY include fast-track immigration via the Schengen priority lane, or the non-Schengen lane depending on your flight. Your representative meets you at the aerobridge and takes you to the counter. We do not quote a clearance time — CDG immigration is run by the French authorities and its speed is theirs to set, not ours.
Yes — call us on +91 95999 93821 or message Aria (chat bubble bottom-right) and we can upgrade your booking to Premium. Pay only the difference between the two plans. Upgrade available up to 4 hours before your scheduled time. Fast-track itself applies only on international flights at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru (and Paris CDG/ORY).
Airline business-class fast-track only works at YOUR DEPARTURE airport (where the airline operates). Ours does not depend on your airline or cabin class — but it is available only at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru (and Paris CDG/ORY). So an economy-class passenger arriving from Dubai gets the same fast-track lane at Delhi as a business-class passenger. At our other airports we escort you through the standard immigration channel instead.
We are an authorised concierge partner working with ground handlers (Encalm, Pranam in India; Swift VIP at Paris) who have formal authority to use the priority immigration lanes. We are NOT a government scheme. We are NOT affiliated with any airline's frequent-flyer programme. We do NOT interfere with AAI, CISF, Bureau of Immigration, or any airport authority — our rep escorts and briefs, the actual stamping is done by the same official immigration officers.
